The menus are designed with reference to the territory and the seasonality of the ingredients. They are always changed when a new season arrives, sometimes even more often, depending on what the land offers. The vegetables on the menu come from our vegetable garden from which our chef gets inspiration for the creation of dishes with new combinations. The raw materials selected are the result of meticulous research: we prefer small production and careful suppliers.
