Our wines look to the great tradition of the Rhone, preserving the uniqueness of our soils, authentic expressions of the grape shaped by the Cortonese terroir.
Two guidelines are pursued: preserve the fruit and freshness for everyday wines, only using steel vats; and enhance the complexity and aging potential of the cru, thanks to the introduction of traditional techniques such as whole–clusters fermentation, the submerged cap, and the slow aging in old wooden vats.
