From 6 May to 30 September in the Tuscan countryside, inside the Tenimenti D’Alessandro winery and its Creta Osteria restaurant, the style of the most cosmopolitan starred hotel in Rome returns
Tenimenti d’Alessandro, Cortona’s reference winery, after the great success of the first collaboration adventure in the summer of 2021, from 6 May to 30 September reopens the doors of its gourmet face with the collaboration between Creta Osteria and Pipero, a Michelin star in the heart of the capital and a reference restaurant for hospitality and attention to detail, from the living room to the kitchen.
Alessandro Pipero, owner of Pipero Roma, expert sommelier, versatile maître and dining room, on the bridge of command for the second year, returns to Creta Osteria to make the Cortona countryside shine by combining the style and energy that distinguish it, with the elegance and beauty of the Tenuta Tenimenti d’Alessandro, to propose new experiences of conviviality, in the name of hospitality, of quality, beauty and taste.
Creta Osteria, will thus make use of the professionalism and creativity of one of the most appreciated names in the national gastronomic scene, Alessandro Pipero, who will lead the Cortona tavern together with the staff of Creta Osteria and the Executive Chef Gianfranco Pecchioli, chef of Roman, Tuscan and Apulian origins, raised in starred kitchens and of great importance that manifests the love for “home cooking” in his creative cooking style but concrete.
The goal of “Creta Osteria e Pipero” is not to bring revolutions to Tuscany but to persevere by offering its guests the perfect combination of conviviality, elegance and informality in hospitality and delicacy and exaltation of the raw material of the territory in the dishes.
An unconventional but convivial cuisine, where the protagonists will continue to be Tuscany and the raw materials of the territory, with seasonal dishes that draw on the Tuscan, Roman and Italian tradition in general and combine different traditions and ingredients to create a proposal that is always delicious and satisfying as in the Chianina joke saltimbocca version or the Cinta Senese Neck, tuscan cabbage and kimchi, which will be flanked by signature dishes “made Pipero Roma”, like its inevitable Carbonara.
