After our start with the restaurant Giglio in Lucca, has arrived in Cortona Santo Palato with the Roman tradition of the young chef Sarah Cicolini. Tangible, innovative and brave, the cuisine of Sarah Cicolini, that comes from Abruzzo and had seversl experiences in starred restaurants, has won public and critical acclaim with the restaurant formula of contemporary trattoria, a perfect balance between the great classics of Roman cuisine and personal interpretation of the chef.
On the occasion of the evening important journalists from the world of wine gathered to rediscover the syrah of Tenimenti d’Alessandro explained by the winemaker Filippo Calabresi. A moment of discussion on the new course of the winery accompanied by the dishes on the menu designed by our chef Mirko Marcelli together with Sarah Cicolini.
